Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct real estate project visits and perform thorough research.
2. Coordinate site visits and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
3. Schedule calls and field visits to optimize team efficiency.
4. Report findings and insights to the project team.
5. Execute field research to gather relevant data and information.
