Position Title: Sales Associate
Department: Sales
Location: Mumbai, Goregaon East
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers, analyzing their needs,
generating sales qualified leads, and ensuring continuous follow-up to facilitate sales
closures. The role involves preparing quotations, creating tailored PowerPoint presentations,
and scheduling appointments for the sales manager. The ideal candidate should possess
excellent communication skills, proficiency in Google Sheets, and be adept at handling high
volumes of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement
Initiate contact with clients based on generated leads, introducing the company's
products and services, and building rapport.
Assess customer needs and showcase products effectively to generate Sales
Qualified Leads (SQL).
Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers, scheduling personal meetings
with the sales managers on a daily basis, and ensuring follow-up post-meeting to
drive sales closure.
2. Sales Support
Present product videos, testimonials, reference customers, and PowerPoint
presentations tailored to meet specific customer needs.
Maximize meetings by arranging and confirming appointments for the sales manager
following customer presentations.
Provide necessary administrative support to the sales managers from the initial
meeting to the closure of the sale.
3. Administrative Tasks
Prepare and share accurate and timely quotations with customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales
activities in Google Sheets.
Efficiently and professionally handle a high volume of customer calls, ensuring a
positive customer experience.
4. Follow-Up Activities
Conduct ongoing follow-ups with leads provided by lead generators, ensuring they
move through the sales funnel efficiently.
Make all leads generated from Sales Requisition Form (SRF) stage to SQL to Closure
efficiently with follow-ups and keep the sales managers informed of the progress.

Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle high volumes of calls and maintain a professional demeanor.
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Female candidates preferred.
