Field Sales Internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Work under a supervisor during sales calls and meetings in their allotted area
2. Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for an effective search for local sales leads and prospects
3. Study and analysis of store-wise performance snapshot and give an action plan
4. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance
5. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
6. Maintain contact with all customers on the floor to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
7. Work with a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
8. Facilitate sales information flow
9. Work with the sales team to provide tactical support to the agents on the floor by using a show and tell method
10. Work to achieve certain product-specific quotas and provide service for all promoted products
11. Understand demanded product store wise derived via customer interaction and floor presence
12. Assist marketers/marketing analysts in assessing the market trends and buying trends of consumers/customers
