About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on selling & marketing Babyhug products to pharmacies/medical shops and hospitals
2. Ensure to make a required number of calls daily to prospective customers
3. Work on new lead generation for the company by creating a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling
4. Work on collections for the sales done
5. Engage prospective clients through calls, texts, WhatsApp & e-mails to understand their requirements and suitably set up meetings
6. Be responsible for achieving sales targets within assigned areas
7. Maintain quality service by following organization standards
8. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's customer base
9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
10. Work on both primary & secondary sales
11. Work on hospital visits (pediatric/gynecologists) to manage the distribution of FC box
12. Collect & maintain a record of box distribution
13. Maintain good relations with nursing/hospital staff for hassle-free distribution
14. Work on reporting to RM
