3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Baran, Haryana, Assam, Kerla, Gurgaon and neighboring cities

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (15% of each policy premium collection).
Omnis Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. is an IRDAI-approved Insurance Corporate Agent. For the last 5 years, we are trying to provide the best Insurance and after-sales services. We provide insurance in all sectors (Health, Life, and General).
We run a Management Training Program (Internship) for the students. The selected students will be given certified training by industry experts in the insurance sector.
Post-training, students need to use their classroom teachings in practical real-life environments and in the field, with this internship program students can enhance their skills and do value addition to their profiles. Students will be selling insurance policies (life). The training provided will give them tools on how to do that and our team will be there 24*7 to support and assist them completely. Students can also come up with leads for the same and the team can help them convert them into sales.
On successfully completing the Internship
1. Students will have an internship completion certificate.
2. Students are offered companies training certificates on successfully selling Health insurance policies with a minimum premium of Rs. 30,000/-.
3. Interns will get 15% of each policy premium collection. The minimum target for the selling policy is with a premium of 30,000 and above they will get 15% of the premium. If the renewal of the same policy happens, 10% of every renewal.
