About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with pre-production: Help the team with tasks like script formatting, scheduling, and organizing project files. You might also help with brainstorming ideas or research for upcoming projects.
2. Support during production: Be on set to assist with day-to-day operations, whether it's helping the crew stay organized, managing equipment, or keeping track of footage.
3. Dive into post-production: Assist editors, sound designers, and VFX artists in the editing suite. While AI can help speed up editing tasks, you'll also be involved in reviewing footage, ensuring continuity, and supporting the overall creative process.
4. Incorporate AI where it fits: While this role involves all aspects of production, you'll also explore how AI can be used to improve our work, like automating mundane tasks, enhancing video editing, and managing production data. This includes tools for color grading, sound design, scriptwriting, and more.
5. Content organization & data management: Help organize and tag footage, ensuring it's easily accessible for editors and other departments. AI tools can help with this, but you'll be hands-on in setting things up and making sure everything is in order.
6. Assist with marketing and distribution: You'll also be involved in supporting the marketing team, using AI tools to assist in creating promotional content, analyzing audience data, and managing social media strategy.

1. Film production knowledge: You’re familiar with the overall process of film production and have an understanding of key roles in pre-production, production, and post-production.
2. AI savvy: While we’re looking for someone who knows about AI tools, you don’t need to be an expert. We’re looking for someone with an interest in how AI can enhance film production, whether it’s for editing, sound, VFX, or data management.
3. Great communication skills: You’re able to work with a team of diverse individuals, from directors to editors to marketers, and communicate effectively across departments.
4. Detail-oriented: Whether it’s organizing footage, checking continuity, or reviewing edits, you have an eye for detail and a commitment to making things run smoothly.
