Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensure Financial Accuracy: Manage daily bookkeeping, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
2. Oversee Transactions: Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and monitor cash flows.
3. Do the Budgeting and Reporting: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support decision-making.
4. Establish Compliance Management: Ensure timely filing of taxes, adherence to statutory requirements, and maintain accurate financial records.
5. Optimize Processes: Identify areas for financial process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency.

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2. 1-2 years of experience in accounts and finance is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with tax regulations, GST filings, and compliance frameworks.
4. Passion for working in a purpose-driven organization with a focus on growth and impact.
5. Preference for candidates who've either completed or will be completing their course by early next year, with potential for full-time absorption.
