We are currently seeking to identify Interns for the finance and procurement team, stationed in Bengaluru, and will be interested in conducting Interviews for respective MBA/PGDM students of the 2024 Batch. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Intern to join our team. This internship will primarily focus on data validation, manipulation, and assisting the finance function with day-to-day reconciliation tasks. The Finance Intern will gain hands-on experience in financial data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Validate and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2. Assist in data manipulation and cleansing for financial activities and analysis.
3. Support the finance team in daily reconciliation tasks.
4. Assist in identifying discrepancies or anomalies in financial data.
5. Collaborate with team members to improve data validation.
6. Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation and manipulation tasks.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools/software.
4. Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts.
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Eligibility: 60% or above in all academic stages starting from grade 10.
