Finance & Accounting Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

(a) Gathering data:
1. Collaborating with the Customer Success (CSS), Sales, and Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) teams to gather relevant data required for various business processes.

(b) Coordinating data in Zoho:
1. Utilizing the Zoho platform to organize and coordinate collected data efficiently.
2. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within Zoho by implementing proper data management practices.

(c) Verification and rectification:
1. Verifying the gathered data by reconciling it with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) portal or other relevant sources.
2. Rectifying any discrepancies or errors identified during the reconciliation process to maintain data accuracy.

(d) Executing KC requirements:
1. Executing knowledge center (KC) requirements as per the established guidelines and procedures.
2. Ensuring compliance with KC standards and protocols while handling and processing data.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience in data coordination or similar roles.
3. Proficiency in using Zoho or similar CRM platforms for data management.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile and verify data accurately.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and procedures is advantageous.
