Finance & Accounting Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform day-to-day accounting entries
2. File ROC forms
3. File TDS Returns
4. Monitor any discrepancies in payment, monitor for charges made on credit cards and record any returns
5. Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible
6. Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management
7. Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns
8. Speak to clients about payments, refunds and statements
9. Ensure that all clients receive their financial statements on time
10. Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct
11. Assist with the balancing of the office/department budget
