Finance & Accounting Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the accounts team in overseeing and managing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using industry-standard accounting software
3. Collaborate with the finance team to identify hospitals and healthcare institutions for opening bank accounts and assist in preparing necessary documentation and paperwork required for account opening procedures
4. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including Income Tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST), and stay abreast of changes in tax laws
5. Facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements
6. Monitor cash flow, prepare cash flow forecasts, and implement strategies to optimize cash management
7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the account opening process
8. Maintain accurate records of account opening activities and update the internal database accordingly
