1. Should be an MBA or a chartered accountant or graduate from a good college
2. Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in debt-investment banking, debt syndication
3. Should have a good understanding of the financial statements
4. Should have a good Business sense
5. Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to multi-task
8. Strong desire to work hard
9. Strong attention to detail
10. Self-starter, with solid team skills
11. Passion for making a change
12. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
