About the internship
The role entails looking after the Procure to Pay (P2P) process in a detailed oriented manner, critically supporting the finance team in day-to-day management and ensuring timely monthly accounts closure as well as acting as a key liaison for internal stakeholders with regards to overall vendor management process. Furthermore, the Finance Executive would also support in statutory, internal and regulatory audits as per the defined audit scope at requisite intervals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Invoice booking of non-plant locations & subsidiary entity
2. Creating new vendor in SAP
3. Vendor reconciliation and balance confirmation
4. Weekly updating GST return filing status of all vendors
5. Monitoring of Open PO, Production orders & GRN
6. Maintaining prepaid expense and FD interest schedule
7. Preparing the draft Budget v/s Actuals and NPD spend report
8. Collating monthly provision data other than S&D
9. Quarterly cleaning-up of vendor master
10. Carving out costs pertaining to e-commerce business for separate reporting

Other requirements
1. Master of commerce/bachelor of commerce/semi-qualified CA (cleared intermediate level), or a degree with relevant accounting experience
2. The role holder will get a fixed compensation depending on experience (The figure mentioned is indicative & might change depending on the experience & qualification of the candidate)
