2. Internship experience: Previous internship or work experience in a finance or data analysis role.
3. Industry knowledge: Understanding of resource management principles and practices.
4. Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, statistics, or a related field.
5. Analytical skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
6. Technical skills: Show proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with familiarity in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
7. Communication skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely.
