Finance Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage all accounting transactions and same to be maintained with Tally and with Zoho books software
2. Monitor the efficiency of existing accounting procedures and ensure they comply with financial policies and government regulations
3. Prepare monthly and yearly budget forecasts and same to be checked regularly and compare with the actual budget
4. Create, review, and present monthly and yearly budget
5. Review financial documents to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities
6. Reconcile all bank accounts including the director s account
7. Maintain and track all the receivables
8. Ensure to receive the payment on time, follow-up and time reminders shall be given to debtors as per company policy
9. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
10. Generate various reports on the company s financial health and liquidity
11. Prepare the documents for auditing financial transactions
12. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
13. Cooperate with auditors in preparing audit reports
14. Provide guidance on revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and profit maximization
15. Prepare and analyze financial statements like cash flow statement, balance sheet, and profit and loss statement
16. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
17. Ensure timely payment and filling of GST, TDS, etc. as applicable
18. Submit annual tax returns
