1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
2. Proven experience as a financial analyst or related role in a consumer goods or retail company
3. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey financial concepts and findings to diverse audiences
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
8. Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
9. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization
10. Good understanding of the end-to-end procurement processes (PO, Invoice, Payment, Credit Note, GRN)
11. Understanding of inventory management tools
12. Experience in managing multiple vendors and projects
