About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Finance control: Support yearly/monthly/quarterly inventory tracking & financial reporting.
2. Data review: Work on validation and uploads to support migration & automation in SAP.
3. Provide support with cost control and data crunch for management report deck preparation.
4. Work on analytics & MIS.
5. Build analytical models in Excel for month end financial performance analysis.
6. Create dashboards in Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI tools to communicate monthly performance results to department heads & management reviews.
7. Automate financial reporting dashboards in Power BI tools.
8. Handle procurement.
9. Review PRs raised by the respective user department & arrange PO releases in SAP after due diligence, as per agreed TAT.
10. Create new vendor codes, item codes, capex items etc in SAP.
11. Resolve procurement-related queries of internal users.
12. Coordinate with vendor for supplies, lead time, deliveries, documentations etc.

Other requirements

1. Candidate should be result-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a startup culture.

2. ERP knowledge like SAP etc. is highly preferred.
