1. Coordinate internally with stakeholders for input data
2. Work on validating input receipts
3. Work on preparing billing inputs basis multiple sources
4. Work on receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
5. Work on issuing bills, receipts, and invoices
6. Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
7. Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
8. Resolve billing and customer credit issues
9. Update account status records and collection efforts
10. Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
11. Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
12. Check the validity of debit accounts
13. Update the accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
14. Ensure all clients remain informed of their outstanding debts and deadlines
15. Take action to encourage timely debt payments
16. Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
Requirements and skills:
1. Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
2. Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel), Google, Google Drive, etc.
3. Proficiency in English
4. Results-driven and patient
5. High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
6. Knowledge of basic accounting and GAAP
