About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Study and carry out financial analysis of the client company's historical financial statements & futures plans, and prepare a detailed financial model/financial projections/CMA
2. Prepare teasers, information memorandum, and presentation about the client companies
3. Work on presenting and initially discussing the funding proposals with the financiers, PE fund lenders/banks/institutions; and understanding their queries and objections; gathering necessary information from the clients, and suitably replying in consultation with the directors/seniors
