About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Support auditing processes by reviewing financial records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
3. Utilize Tally to manage and record financial transactions accurately.
4. Leverage MS Excel for data analysis, creating financial models, and generating reports.
5. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
6. Participate in financial forecasting and budgeting activities.
7. Contribute to special finance projects and initiatives as needed.
8. Perform other finance-related tasks and duties as assigned.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

2. Basic understanding of finance principles, financial reporting, auditing processes, financial modeling, and valuation.

3. Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel; familiarity with advanced Excel functions is a plus.

4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

7. Certifications in finance (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) are a plus but not required.
