Finance Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyzing sales reports and other financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leaders across departments, including finance, marketing, and operations.
2. Assisting in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, helping align department-specific goals with company-wide objectives.
3. Supporting the identification and investigation of variances between actual results and forecasts or budgets, ensuring any deviations are understood and addressed.
4. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and helping maintain dashboards for senior management to track progress.
5. Collaborating closely with finance and other departments to ensure data-driven decision-making that supports overall business strategy.

Requirements:

1. 0-1 years of work experience in financial planning, data analysis, or a related field.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
3. A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
4. Strong analytical skills and a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
6. Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and a proactive attitude.
