About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer follow-up: Regular follow-ups, address inquiries, record interactions.
2. Quotation: Prepare/send quotes, track follow-ups, maintain records.
3. Policy details: Provide policy info, clarify terms, document interactions.
4. RFP: Analyze/submit RFPs, coordinate with teams, meet deadlines.
5. Insurance: Advise on products, manage applications/claims, stay updated.
6. Reminders: Send renewal/payment reminders, track responses.
7. Data entry: Accurately enter/update data, conduct audits.
8. Each role supports effective customer service and data management.
