About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on research, analytics, cash flow modeling presentations, supporting pitches, and transaction execution
2. Preparing presentation material for use and working on client meetings, covering topics such as structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, project finance, and related activities
3. Participating in all stages of transactions from origination to execution
4. Coordinating efforts with team members across the team
5. Undergoing continuous learning and enhancing job-specific skills over time
