Financial Valuation Equity Research Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Use financial modeling tools, format and condition them (Excel)
2. Work on financial statement analysis and prepare the supporting documents and reports
3. Work on valuation calculations & presentations with the details of the method used and a short narration
4. Prepare a complete document with a checklist and remark on investment proposals - invest, avoid, hold as per instructions
5. Coordinate with promoters, managers, chartered accountants, company secretaries, and lawyers and be a bridge of communication between the founder and the company
6. Provide support for submission to exchanges and provide all required documents from different departments to compliance officers and the company secretary
