Agriculture Supervision Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visit the farm using company vehicles to inspect the health of plants
2. Conduct weekly plant health checks to identify any issues or concerns
3. Supervise farm staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
4. Maintain comprehensive health records for all plants, documenting growth, diseases, and treatments
5. Collaborate with experts to develop and implement health improvement strategies
6. Oversee the inventory of fertilizers, pesticides, and other farm supplies
7. Ensure proper storage and replenishment of inventory as needed
8. Provide daily updates on-farm activities, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance
9. Schedule and manage maintenance tasks to ensure the farm's functionality
10. Supervise the management of greenhouse facilities, including temperature control and ventilation
11. Ensure that greenhouses are well-maintained and conducive to plant growth
12. Monitor irrigation schedule to maintain optimal potting medium moisture levels
13. Administer and oversee nutrient programs to promote plant growth and health
14. Implement pest management strategies to protect plants from infestations
15. Maintain records of pest control measures and their effectiveness
