1. Experience with Flutter and dart should have worked in at least one full app using Flutter
2. Knowledge of state management (Bloc or Provider)
3. Familiarity with design systems
4. Familiarity with RESTful APIs. (GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE)
5. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms
6. Strong understanding of Dart, its quirks, and workarounds
7. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates
8. Knowledge of basic concepts like factory constructor, spread operators
9. Proficient understanding of cross-platform compatibility
10. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
11. Good understanding of UI rendering behavior and performance
12. Experience in programming in Android and iOS is a big plus.
13. Experience with firebase services(cloud Firestore, authentication, analytics, flutter web, etc.)
14. Knowledge of Node.js and Express.js is a plus
15. Educational qualifications - BE in CS/IT engineering graduates
