Food Curation Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Identify high-quality packaged foods not currently available on quick-commerce platforms
2. Research and document niche, regional, and artisanal food brands with strong consumer appeal
3. Track emerging food trends, specialty ingredients, and premium food preferences among discerning consumers
4. Compare and evaluate products based on ingredients, sourcing, pricing, and consumer demand
5. Work closely with the team to quickly process insights and implement findings into product recommendations

1. Passionate about high-quality, well-sourced food and the evolving packaged food landscape
2. Curious and proactive, with a drive to discover unique food products beyond mainstream availability
3. Structured thinker, able to analyze the intersection of food and consumer behavior, understanding product fit and value
4. Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment and capable of handling new tasks quickly
5. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and validate market gaps
6. Strong interest in food and food products, including discovering new foods and experimenting in the kitchen
7. Passion for cooking and understanding diverse culinary traditions
