About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design experiments related to food research and assisting in conducting experiments and data collection/optimization.
2. Optimize the test parameters to increase efficiency and perform all-in process, data entry, and report results for the same
3. Understand the technical parameters and basic production & process
4. Work on nutritional, microbiological, and shelf life analysis of the sample
