About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring and continuously maintaining food safety and hygiene standards of the kitchen
2. Training the kitchen team on various SOPs, quality, and food safety standards
3. Preparing the kitchen to comply with FSSAI standards and other internal audits
4. Proactively checking the quality of raw ingredients/products through sensory evaluations and maintaining documentation
5. Handling customer complaints by conducting RCA and sharing CAPA
6. Analyzing data to understand regional performance across various metrics

Who can apply?

1. Strong communication skills
2. Good understanding of food safety, RCA & CAPA, and quality standards
3. Well-versed in FSSAI regulations for the catering industry
4. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
5. Willingness to travel to different locations within the city
