As a food quality analyst intern at PatilKaki, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our QA/QC team to ensure the highest standards of quality in all our food products.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting regular quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards
2. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control protocols to maintain consistency in product quality
3. Collaborating with production and supply chain teams to address any quality issues and facilitate timely resolution
4. Collecting and analyzing data from quality tests to identify trends and areas for improvement in the production process
5. Assisting in conducting internal audits and preparing reports on findings and recommendations for the QA/QC team
6. Participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance overall product quality and efficiency
7. Staying current on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with food safety standards
