Food Styling Intern Internship

About the Role:
I'm a freelance food stylist looking for a creative, organized, and proactive intern to assist with food styling projects and administrative tasks. This is a hybrid role where you'll not only gain hands-on experience in the creative field of food styling but also contribute to managing operations and handling sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Styling Assistance:

1. Pre-Shoot Preparation:
Assisting in planning for food styling projects.
Helping source and organize props, ingredients, and backgrounds.
Preparing and maintaining food items for shoots.
2. On-Shoot Assistance:
Assisting with food arrangement and styling under guidance.
Collaborating with photographers and other team members on set.
Helping ensure creative consistency and quality throughout the shoot.
3. Post-Shoot Tasks:
Cleaning and organizing props, equipment, and tools.
Helping document and archive shoot details for future reference.

Administrative Support:
1. Scheduling and Coordination:
Managing calendars for projects, meetings, and deadlines.
Coordinating with clients, vendors, and team members for smooth execution of shoots.
2. Database Management:
Maintaining and updating a database of props, ingredients, vendors, and clients.
Organizing project files, invoices, and shoot schedules.

Sales Lead Handling:
1. Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
Managing incoming leads from social media, emails, and other platforms.
