Food Techinician Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing new products and processes.
2. Food technologists create new products or improve existing ones, and may also design food plants and processing equipment.
3. Ensuring food safety by inspecting products ensuring they are safe, and evaluating the safety of storage and processing operations.
5. Assessing quality by determining the levels of fat, sugar, protein, and vitamins in the food, developing quality assurance checklists, and conducting sensory evaluations.
6. Addressing concerns of food technologists, addressing customer complaints, and investigating product quality concerns.
7. Surveying markets to determine popular food trends.
