Food Technician Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Plan and oversee the manufacture of food and drink products
2. Generate innovative product ideas and develop new recipes
3. Modify and improve existing recipes to enhance quality and efficiency
4. Design processes and machinery for large-scale recipe production
5. Liaise with marketing staff to align product development with market trends
6. Ensure compliance with strict hygiene and food safety standards
7. Identify and select quality products from suppliers
8. Monitor and regulate the use of additives in food production
9. Test and examine samples to ensure product quality and safety
10. Prepare and write detailed reports on findings and recommendations
