About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Observe and analyze the factory's daily production and suggest means to further optimize
2. Work on the quality assurance of products to maintain required specifications and ensure all FSSAI guidelines are met
3. Analyse the usage of raw materials and understand concepts of productivity and assist in setting up checkpoints to maintain the same
4. Assist in the overall management of a food manufacturing unit
