About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Fixing hardware and software, troubleshooting problems, working in a customer support role at a service desk, and maintaining networks and computer systems.
2. Providing technical assistance and end-user support to our organization as well as our clients when the need arises.
3. Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
4. Working with all technology team members to ensure proper maintenance of the LAN, wireless, MAN, and WAN voice and data networks.

Other requirements
1. Having knowledge of operating systems and resolving hardware and software-related issues.
2. Willingness to go to client locations to provide IT support for longer durations.
3. Knowledge of network and networking devices.
4. Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
5. Comfortable for rotational night shift if required on client support.
6. Readiness for traveling in Delhi/NCR as per client requirement.
7. Willingness to commit to 6 months of a paid internship with 6 months of a job offer, which comes to a total of 12 months of employment commitment with Isourse Technologies Pvt Ltd.
8. Must have a driving license.
