Join our founding team as a full-time Founder's Associate Intern for a 3-month immersive, paid internship, with the promise of a post-internship full-time role at a salary above the industry average for freshers. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Shadow the founder: Gain first-hand exposure by closely following the founder's day-to-day activities and decision-making processes.
2. Calendar & meeting management: Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings, ensuring that the founder's time is effectively managed.
3. Communication support: Draft emails, prepare communications and take detailed notes during meetings to capture important decisions and ideas.
4. Documentation & record-keeping: Maintain organized records of key discussions, project updates, and creative insights to support operational efficiency.
5. Operational assistance: Assist in managing daily tasks and follow-ups, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced startup environment.
6. Research & insights: Provide research support and gather information to aid strategic planning and innovation.
