Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with the founders and leadership team to streamline candidate assessments and hiring solutions.
2. Input and manage data across multiple assessment fields and categories.
3. Develop & refine interview questions to assess technical knowledge and core competencies.
4. Analyze candidate responses and generate structured reports for client review.
5. Maintain and update the AI-driven question bank in alignment with industry trends.
6. Support various operational and strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the hiring platform.
7. You will work directly with EvueMe AI Founders and stipend, internship certificate, recommendations will be given by EvueMe AI.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
