Required skills:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for conducting market research and identifying business opportunities.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
3. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and an eye for visual aesthetics for creating compelling presentations and marketing materials.
4. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team, especially in cross-functional projects like business development and recruitment.
5. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive approach to contributing to strategic initiatives.
6. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools for documentation, data management, and pitching ideas.
7. Knowledge of the agriculture industry and sustainability practices is a plus, aiding in aligning Neoperk’s solutions with market needs.
8. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, business management, agriculture, technology, or a related field, with a strong interest in the startup
