As a vital member of the team, you'll work closely with the founders, gaining hands-on experience in various domains and contributing directly to the growth of our company. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, and collaborators to ensure smooth event execution and manage processes efficiently
2. Assist with planning resources and organizing logistical arrangements to streamline operations
3. Identify, build, and maintain relationships with strategic partners to expand business opportunities
4. Support outreach efforts and foster collaboration to grow the Soul Jams network
5. Execute social media campaigns, coordinate content creation, and maintain consistent brand messaging across platforms
6. Monitor DMs and engage with audience interactions by responding promptly to inquiries and nurturing community relationships
7. Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding processes
8. Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
