CashRich is seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join the founder's office. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and gain hands-on experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a growing company. As a founder's office intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments, contributing to strategic decision-making, and initiating new projects.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the CEO with daily administrative tasks and strategic initiatives
2. Coordinating and managing multiple projects across various departments
3. Facilitating communication and collaboration between teams
4. Conducting research and gathering data to support decision-making processes
5. Organizing and participating in meetings, preparing agendas and minutes
6. Developing and implementing new initiatives to improve company operations
7. Handling ad-hoc tasks as required by the CEO and senior management

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, commerce, or a related field
2. Recent graduates as well as candidates in the last year of Engineering, BBA, BMS, MBA, etc., are encouraged to apply
3. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
5. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
7. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, or similar platforms
8. Experience with finance, investments, or the fintech industry is a plus but not compulsory
