About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communication: Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties - clients, team, and investors
2. Financial institutes Relationship building, negotiating, and constructing a deal
3. Hiring: Handle end-to-end hiring of interns to senior profiles whenever required by the company
4. Investor relations: Develop and implement a robust investor acquisition & retention strategy and framework
5. Founder Ops: Setting up and managing meetings with various stakeholders like investors, clients, internal teams, etc.
6. Research & presentation: You will be required to do market, funding, and sales-related research, analysis, documentation, and presentation

Other requirements

1. Experience in the founder office i must

management/strategy domain or a fast-paced startup environment would be great.

2. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

3. Excellent Internet, Google Sheets/Excel, and research skills.

4. Working from office.

5. A keen interest in working in a startup and growing with it.

6. Excellent documentation skills.

7. An ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities.
