One32 Dental Care operates a chain of dental clinics across Pune under the brand name Aple Dentist. Our mission is to revolutionize oral healthcare services by transforming the way people experience dental care. We focus on operational excellence, leverage technology to solve problems at scale, and place the customer at the heart of every business decision.

To reach our goal, we are looking for a highly motivated, organized and proactive individual to join our team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Founder's Office responsibilities - Shadow the leadership team and provide assistance with strategic initiatives, operational reviews, and project implementation.
2. Represent the leadership team's vision during interactions with clinic teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
3. Support staff in resolving operational backlogs. Implement and uphold standard operating procedures across clinics.
4. Handling day to day operations - Monitor daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and high quality patient care.
5. Conduct regular visits to all clinics to monitor operations, identify challenges, and ensure adherence to company protocols.

Pre-requisites
1. No prior experience Operations experience required
