We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented intern to assist in designing and crafting resin frames with preserved flowers. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about art, design, and working with floral elements.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in designing and arranging flowers for resin frames.
2. Prepare and preserve flowers for use in resin art.
3. Mix and pour resin while ensuring a smooth and bubble-free finish.
4. Sand, polish, and finish resin frames to meet quality standards.
5. Experiment with different styles, colors, and layouts for innovative designs.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
7. Work closely with the lead artist to bring creative ideas to life.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 50 per feedback ).
