Front Desk Representative Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
2. Greet customers and provide them with superb customer service
3. Handle queries and address complaints
4. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
5. Keep updated records and files

Skills & Requirements:

1. Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist or relevant position
2. Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
3. Excellent communication, written, and people skills
4. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
5. Customer service orientation
