Front Office Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manning the front office, working on upkeep & management, and ensuring impeccable facility management & infrastructure support
2. Handling petty cash, stationery, asset & inventory management
3. Ensuring maintenance & renewal of vendor contracts & AMCs and vendor/visitor/ external management
4. Providing secretarial support to leadership team as and when required
5. Taking minutes at various management meetings
6. Working on travel desk management - meetings/appointments/flights/trains/hotel bookings, etc.
7. Supporting all other functions where necessary to coordinate

Essential skills:

1. Ability to work with CXO level executives, detailed oriented, and Microsoft Office skills
2. Interpersonal skills: Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
3. Proactive, excellent organizing skills, powerful collaboration skills, strong communication acumen, and self-motivated
