About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
2. Manage online and phone reservations
3. Register guests and collect necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
4. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
5. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
6. Respond to guests' complaints in a timely and professional manner
7. Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs
8. Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP Guests
9. Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
10. Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
