1. Passion for working on new web application development tools and technologies
2. Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and customizations
3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap 5, and responsive design principles
4. Experience working with MySQL databases is a plus
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
6. Knowledge of server management, hosting, and DNS is a plus
7. Ability to work with a small team and meet aggressive deadlines
8. Adaptability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
9. The role can be converted to permanent based on performance
