About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with development teams and product owners to ideate software solutions
2. Design client-side and server-side architecture
3. Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
4. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
5. Write effective APIs
6. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
8. Create security and data protection settings
9. Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
10. Take ownership of the product's architecture, database, and servers
11. Research and apply best practices of software development to build world-class products
12. Work across all aspects of the product codebase (current and future)

Added requirements

1. Must have knowledge of web development using Spring Boot and Java

2. Must have experience in designing and developing responsive applications

3. Must preferably have experience with front-end technologies, namely, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.

4. Must have knowledge of multiple JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. Angular, React, jQuery)

5. Must have familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx), and UI/UX design

6. Must have knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN

7. Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills

8. Must have a degree in computer science or a relevant field
