1. Have the makings of a great programmer
2. Strong problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and a logical inclination
3. Enthusiastic about programming and delivering well-designed, scalable code
4. Good grasp on programming concepts such as OOPs, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, networking, and so on
5. Are not rigid with respect to the choice of technology and are open to adopting the right technology for the task at hand
6. B.E./B. Tech/M. Tech/MSc/MCA 2021 passed out or graduating in 2022 with specialization in CS/IT/ECE/EEE
7. Are available for a six-month, full-time internship and eager to graduate into SDE-1 after the internship
Post completion, based on performance & openings available, full-time jobs will be offered with an annual CTC of 6 LPA to 9 LPA depending on the performance of the candidates during the internship period.
