1. Command over programming fundamentals including OOP, design patterns, algorithm, data structure, networking, and OS concepts
2. Smart, driven, flexible individual with an attitude to get things done
3. Entrepreneurial mindset & ability to work independently
4. Excellent JS skills (HTML/CSS prowess is appreciated but not required)
5. Excellent grasp of one of the following: PHP, Python, Node
6. Command of database fundamentals
7. Ability to write non-hacky code
8. Ability to quickly adapt to new techniques and software
9. Strong mathematical and statistical inclination
